Salty Stingy Sweat
You know when you go on a really good run, or workout hard, and you’re all sweaty, and then the sweat starts dripping down into your eyes?
Is your sweat salty? Sure, of course. Most sweat is.
But does it sting your eyes?
It stings mine. Some days worse than others, and I wonder if it has to do with my diet, or what?
Any input? Do you get stingy eye sweat?!

jk. i wear hats almost always- out of habit- but blocks the eye sweat too now that you mention it.
yes, yes my eyes sting. it could be shampoo, or lotion mixed with sweat.

Yeah, I have that problem all the time. Why do you think I wear a hat or visor all the time?
