My aunt also died of breast cancer, she was my step-grandfather's daughter. I hope your dad enjoys the juices you make because I know I would! Healthy should be an important factor in choosing what you consume, taste is important as well but as you said, taste will change as you change the foods you eat i.e HFCS.
