Good News

Good news indeed- There is a free online acronym dictionary! This might sound obvious, or random, which it is (which my blogs all are), but sometimes when I’m waiting for my slow computer to slowly connect to the internet I’ll type random things into the google search bar to check if it’s working. And today it was GDO, which came up with a search result I went with.

This acronym dictionary is awesome, multipurpose, and a very necessary way for me to waste even more time.

My favorites for GDO are “Girls Day out” and “Garage Door Opener”. My brother and I were/are good at figuring out acronyms. We used to play a game where we’d just say a random acronym based on what we were thinking about or what we’d recently watched and you’d be surprised how many we got. There was one one time that was so far out there I thought my brother would never get it. I even bet him $5.00. He got it. I forget if I denied it, but he was pissed (rightfully so) because he had somehow gotten it (which was crazy).

I need to send him that $5.00.
